Wanna Fight, Bub!? The original artwork by Jim Lee looks better in my opinion. But he is an artist with decades of experience, so nobody expects you to be as good as him.
I think you did a decent job there. The only thing I would change is making the wrinkles on his forehead and next to his nose a little bit stronger to (to define his facial expression a bit more). But you already got the proportions right and captured the dynamic of the picture.
